Gurtler Industries is seeking an Operations Manager to help lead manufacturing and supply chain operations while developing into a broader operational leadership role. This position works closely with senior leadership to improve safety, efficiency, and overall operational performance.

What You’ll Do

1. Support production, procurement, maintenance, warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment

2. Identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, and cost performance

3. Assist with inventory, sourcing, and distribution processes

4. Help drive continuous improvement and operational metrics

5. Support compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT requirements

6. Partner with leadership to learn the operational and business side of the company

What We’re Looking For

1. 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

3. Hands-on mindset with experience in production environments

4. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

5. Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship

Compensation & Benefits

1. $80,000 – $90,000 annually

2. Bonus eligible

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
