Required:
✔ 4+ years of B2B marketing experience
✔ Website/CMS experience (WordPress preferred)
✔ Strong writing skills (newsletters, press releases, technical content)
✔ Experience partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams
✔ Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly messaging
Highly Preferred:
✔ Manufacturing, industrial, specialty chemical, automation, engineering, or technical product experience
✔ Product launches, trade shows, and sales enablement
✔ HubSpot, Salesforce, or email marketing platforms
Please Note: This is a hands-on individual contributor role. Candidates with primarily B2C, social media-only, or graphic design-focused backgrounds may not be the best fit.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage website content and digital communications
- Execute B2B marketing campaigns
- Create newsletters, press releases, case studies, and technical content
- Support Sales through collateral and sales enablement tools
- Coordinate with website developers, vendors, and industry partners
- Support product launches, trade shows, and customer communications
- Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements

- Build relationships with Sales, R&D, Operations, and Leadership
- Strengthen website and digital marketing processes

This is not a production-only leadership role.
Gurtler Industries is seeking a manufacturing leader with 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience and increasing responsibility within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has meaningful experience across several disciplines such as production, supply chain, inventory management, purchasing, production planning, logistics, and material flow and is ready to take the next step in their career.

What You’ll Do
- Lead manufacturing and supply chain operations within a chemical manufacturing environment
- Improve supply chain performance, inventory management, purchasing, production planning, and material flow
- Develop KPIs and use data to improve operational performance
- Drive accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Partner with leadership on operational initiatives and business decisions
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and chemical handling requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience in chemical manufacturing, industrial products, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or another regulated manufacturing environment
- Meaningful experience across production, supply chain, inventory management, purchasing, production planning, logistics, and material flow
- Experience using KPIs, metrics, and data to improve performance
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
This Role Is Not a Fit If
- Your experience is primarily focused on production leadership without meaningful involvement in supply chain, inventory management, purchasing, production planning, logistics, and material flow
- Your background is primarily transportation, warehousing, or logistics without manufacturing leadership responsibility
Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000 – $100,000 Annual Salary + Bonus IncentiveÂ
