Greg Gurtler Honored with Inaugural ALM IMPACT Legacy Circle Award
Greg Gurtler, President of Gurtler Industries, has been named one of the inaugural honorees of the Association for Linen Management (ALM) IMPACT Legacy Circle. The recognition is intended for individuals whose careers have made a lasting impact on the textile care industry, especially in areas tied to long-term leadership and operational improvement.
He joined Gurtler Industries in 1982, at a time when the company was still operating on a much smaller scale. Over the years, that changed. The business expanded its reach across North America and into international markets, and along the way, its approach to chemical programs and system support continued to evolve. Much of that progress came from focusing on how things actually run inside a plant, not just how they look on paper.
What makes this recognition stand out is the timing. This is the first year the ALM IMPACT Legacy Circle has been awarded, and honorees were selected based on the long-term impact theyโve had on people, organizations, and the industry as a whole. In Gurtlerโs case, that impact shows up in both the companyโs growth and the way its solutions are applied in real operating environments. His selection reflects years of steady leadership and a practical understanding of how to improve performance where it matters most.
Greg Gurtler is proud to be one of the first to be recognized by ALM in their Legacy Circle. Greg says, โThe key to our success is the trust our customers have in us. We live up to our commitments, we go the extra yard. We do what we have to do to take care of our customers.โ
