Tyler Smith Receives TRSA Above & Beyond Service Award

Tyler Smith TRSA Service Award Winner

Tyler Smith has been named a 2025 recipient of the TRSA Above & Beyond Service Award.

Tyler is the Regional Manager for the Southeast at Gurtler Industries and is based in North Carolina. In addition to overseeing the Southeast region, he supports one of the companyโ€™s largest service territories and works directly with customers throughout that area.

His role involves regular site visits and hands-on support. Tyler is frequently involved in troubleshooting, follow-up work, and long-term process support. This direct involvement allows him to stay familiar with customer operations and address issues as they arise.

As part of Gurtler Industriesโ€™ ISO certification program, customers are surveyed each year regarding service performance. In the 2024 survey cycle, Tyler received a 5 out of 5 rating in all evaluated categories. These categories included quality of service, response time for problem solving, and technical support.

The Above & Beyond Service Award is presented by the Textile Rental Services Association to individuals nominated based on customer feedback and service performance.
